Information We Collect and Process
Information from advertising platforms
In the course of managing advertising campaigns for our clients, we access and process the following types of data through platform APIs:
- Ad performance data — impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, reach, and other campaign metrics
- Lead data — information submitted by users through lead generation ad forms (name, email, phone number, or other fields configured by the advertiser)
- Audience data — audience segment information, including hashed customer identifiers (email addresses, phone numbers) provided by our clients for Custom Audience matching
- Product catalog data — product information (titles, descriptions, prices, images, availability) used for dynamic advertising
Information from our clients
Our clients provide us with:
- Business and account information necessary to manage their advertising
- Customer data (in hashed form) for audience targeting purposes
- Product feed data for catalog-based advertising
Information we do not collect
We do not collect personal data directly from end users who see or interact with our clients' advertisements. Any such data is collected by the advertising platforms (Meta, Google) in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above solely for the purpose of providing advertising management services to our clients:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns
- Building and managing audience segments for ad targeting
- Measuring and reporting on ad performance
- Managing product catalogs for dynamic ads
- Generating performance reports for our clients
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties.
We share data only in the following circumstances:
- With our clients — we provide advertising performance reports and lead data to the respective client on whose behalf the campaign was run
- With advertising platforms — we transmit data to Meta and Google through their APIs as necessary to manage advertising campaigns
- Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid legal process
Data Storage and Security
- Ad performance data and reports are stored in our internal systems accessible only to authorized Odesseya team members
- Customer data used for audience matching is transmitted to advertising platforms in hashed form and is not stored on our systems beyond the time necessary for upload
- Lead data is delivered to the respective client and is not retained by us longer than necessary for delivery
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect data in our systems, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure credential storage
Data Retention
- Ad performance data is retained for the duration of our engagement with the client, plus a reasonable period for reporting purposes
- Lead data is retained only until delivered to the client
- Audience data (hashed identifiers) is not retained after upload to the advertising platform
- Upon termination of services with a client, we delete their data from our systems within 30 days
Your Rights
If you are an individual whose data may have been processed through our advertising services, you have the right to:
- Request information about whether and how your data has been processed
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to the processing of your data
